Our thoughts can be the most dangerous weapon we hold against ourselves. Whether these thoughts are stemmed from negativity or not, they can literally consume ones life.
It’s crazy how one never realizes all the different Scenarios of past experiences that could have went different ways. Constant overthinking can lead to the failure of relationships, self confidence, and alter your trust levels.
Sometimes a walk in the park isn’t what one needs to break the cycle of those thoughts. Try enaging in dialogue with peers. This seems to give the brain a break from wondering and wandering. Engage in physical activity.
Whatever you do, make sure you are giving your brain time to settle down. Try not to think the worse of situations.
