What happens when you feel you cannot find peace around you? What happens when you feel as though you’re surrounded by chaos? Especially when you feel the choatic atmospheres has nothing to do with you? Don’t allow yourself to become a product of an environment that isn’t indicative of who you are!
Take a moment or moments for yourself. Go somewhere where you can take in the tranquilness and absorb it. If you’re a nature lover, take a hike or sit by the creek. Go to the library and read a book. Take up a yoga class or go to a spa.
Sometimes you have to remove yourself from environments you have no control of in order to keep yourself sane.Take control of your serenity! Inhale, take in all the toxins…..but Don’t forget to exhale, love!
