Good Morning loves,
I apologize for being absent for so long. I have finally gotten my laptop working again, so now I can blog away.
I just wanted to come to you all this morning and recommend a way to start your day off with positive energy. Many times we bring the stress of the day with us to bed and never properly release it. Which means, we carry that negative energy into the next day with us and that’s unhealthy.
Try starting your day off with a morning meditation routine. The purpose of this will be to cleanse or clear your mind of everything that is contributing to the negative energies others may have planted or energies you didn’t know you were carrying. Pretty much it’s to start the day off with a clean slate.
Remember, the goal of meditation is to go from negativity to positivity, chaotic to calmness. Find yourself a place, that is quiet and you can be alone for at least 15 minutes. To help stimulate a mood of calmness, you can light aroma therapy candles that contain the essential oils like Ylang Ylang or Lavender that are stress relievers. If you are just starting out, you can try a simple breathing meditation. Position your self in a comfortable position that allows your back to remain straight. It has been said that this allows your mind to be clear of any thoughts and refrain from drowsiness.
From here, partially close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Breathe naturally through your nostrils without controlling your breathing. Try to ignore all temptations of thought. Simply sit and breathe. Participate in this simple meditation for as long as you can before starting your day.
